You need to talk to your doctor or pdoc about this. Are you in denial? Can't stand the side effects? Whatever the reason, this is ill informed!
PS Anger is a symptom of uncontrolled bipolar disorder, for some people. Perhaps you really do need the meds?
Psych meds should always be titrated down and stopped under the care of a Psychiatrist (Pdoc). Lithium toxicity can be very dangerous and can change with simply the amount of liquid in your body as it is a salt not a chemical compound. Anti-depressants are addictive substances and you do become dependent on them, you will have withdrawals if you just stop taking them.
You need to call your Pdoc and get into see him soon, to work out a plan to safely get back on a relative dose and then work your way down to a safe stopping point.
