  It's been a while since i harmed myself. Until yesterday.... i got in a fight with my boyfriend and he said i do nothing around the house when i do EVERYTHING around the house. So i felt completely worthless. so i went into the bathroom and did it eight times. even now i feel worthless. i feel like im just a piece of shit for people to step on. i dont know what to do anymore.......

  Been having a really hard time with my nightmares. I've been to scared to go to sleep but end up falling asleep because I'm tired and exhausted from having them all night. Really don't know what to do. I can't stay awake because I can't have caffeine because of my heart. So life is really sucking right now. It's like I don't care at all but I do at the same time. Just want the nightmares to stop.

  The night before last I was watching tv with my boyfriend. When it was time to go to bed, I asked him if we could keep the tv on because I was scared to go to sleep in the dark. He asked why I was scared. I told him because sometimes I imagine terrifying things in the dark. He said, "Well don't be scared. I'm right next to you." I told him it still doesn't make a difference. He once again said, "But I'm right next to you." So I think that him basically saying he's protecting me made me feel...
