  It has been a while since I have posted here. As a lot of you, I felt I was moving on and coping well. But, since I am here, obviously that is not the case. This was a very long weekend for me. I live in a small rural town and the weather was such that I was not able to get out and be with my friends or family. I was so ambushed by loneliness and grief.
