I'm so sorry for the loss of your wife. Everyone here has had a loss. They know what you are going through. You can visit here whenever you feel the need. It takes time to adjust and to grieve. Please know that in time you will feel better. Take one day at a time. Try to take care of yourself by eating healthy food. Exercise can help also. Wishing you strength and May peace be with you.

Just go one day at a time. Things will get done in time. I'm still not finished with deciding what to do with my husband's things and it will be 3 years in September. I do a few things when I am ok with it. It's important that we take care of ourselves, especially in the beginning when life is excruciating. Be gentle and kind to yourself.

My husband passed away in February. Its been hard, I just take one day at a time.

I went back to work today, so many well wishers, just thanking them.

celebrating Father's day now is dreaded for me and for my children. The pain is excruciating! We've lost him 6 months ago. Up until now I don't know how to sleep just because i need to..but I can't not until i get to exhaust myself to tiredness doing anything I can. I am still holding to my faith in God that someday this too will pass.. I don't know when..but we just have to believe and be functional at least... hugs to everyone ..

Sorry for your loss. The distraction of work can be a God send sometimes. Take one, breath, minute, step and or day at a time. There are no rules.
