  So, I went to my 1st pt appointment yesterday... it was hell. I posted the other day about my herniated discs and stenosis, so I have to start pt at least for 2 weeks before I can start my epidural injections. The 1st appointment was just an evaluation so they could send in how bad I am to the insurance company and see if they will approve more. Apparently, I am pretty dang bad.
