  I wasn't quite sure where to ask this, since there isn't an Asexuality support group on here, at least not that I could find.   Anxiety is terrible right now. Its been going on since about 10am my time, and it's almost 3pm now. I just feel like my brain is fucking with me, tricking my body into producing these terrible symptoms that trigger my anxiety even more because I have an extreme phobia of illness. I feel nauseous, I have this lump in the back of my throat, and this pulsing pain in my chest. I just feel like I'm completely losing it. Don't know what to do.

  My anxiety has been pretty bad for the last four months. It's very debilitating, I always feel like shit, and it keeps me from doing almost anything I enjoy that would usually help alleviate the anxiety and stress I'm having.   Are there many others on here who have suffered a sexual trauma? And if so, do any of you have issues with sex/intimacy? This is something I've tried talking to my therapist about but I always seem to hit a wall with her.   I just wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts on anxiety medication. I've really been struggling with my anxiety for a little over a month now.
