  Ah man. The last time I was here was on 6/18/2021. I need to stop being M.I.A.I quit drinking cold turkey on 6/17/2017,  4yrs and 9 months so far. For those of you who are struggling to quit: remember you lose nothing by quitting. And you gain a whole lot more by kicking the alcohol habit. Your wallet will be filled with more money since it won't won't to alcohol and your life will improve. Keep the fighting for an alcohol free life!

  Checking to see how you all are holding up so far. Throughout the pandemic, I was able to see some temptations to drink especially with all the lockouts we've been having. Luckily I'm ok and didn't have the urge to drink

  I've been on dailystrength for a while but this is my first time posting in the smoking section. I quit smoking cold turkey more then 3 years ago. For the most part I don't get cravings. Tonight is different, this is the 2nd time in the 3 years I quit that I'm getting cravings to smoke. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble sleeping because of it

  Ah man, last time I was here, it was 4 months ago. Got so busy that I lost track of time. Just checking in to see how you all are doing. Got good news and somehwat bad news mixed with good news. Good news is I've been keeping off the alcohol for more then 3 yrs now. Bad news is I started getting the urge to smoke again. I haven't figured out what triggered that part. The good part in this is that I still continue staying off the cigarettes.
