Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Glad you came bk
Seen you before here
I do have a sponsee that I've been working with that has been taking his recovery very seriously. I think that has been keeping me sober the most.
If I had to summarize, the resentment of my manageable routine being denied by the fear driven response to the coronavirus has made life challenging, but I used the opportunity to do some soul searching and I found that some of the things I did in that routine were very much ego driven and might have lead to a drink years down the line.
For instance, in my relationships category I was able to meditate and write enough with God's guidance that I saw I have a grandiosity character defect that sucks others into sort of a fantasy world in where I place demands upon them that they never ask for, which I saw is a very subtle and dangerous form of selfishness that I think I see as needing to be removed and replace with more love and consideration.
I also took the advice and suggestion that I write too much and confuse people sometimes when I do so I'll stop there, but thanks for asking tim.
