  I've had insomnia for god knows how long now but this week I only had about 18 hours sleep all together (broken and light sleep) and now I feel really out of breath. Can someone please explain to me why? This has happened to me before but as my memory is very awful I always forget to mention it to my doctors. Plus they haven't done anything to help me with my sleep.

  I don't know what to do. I just had a relapse (drinking) and I feel like crap. I have been feeling like crap no matter the medication I have been prescribed. I just want to end it. I feel like no one is listening

  I am not alone. I have a loving SO and the most beautiful child. But yet I feel like I am empty and dark. Most people don't understand it. They keep telling me how lucky I am to have all this. But I feel so alone. I try to make friends, but when u do, I dig a hole further down and avoid human contact.   I am embarrassed.  I am embarrassed that if I found out that I am clinically depressed, it would make people judge me. That is why I don't go to the doctors about how I feel. I am frightened.
