  I started seeing sum one three days ago. Taking things slow. Trying to get to no him. I'm learning how to love myself. Then care for someone else. It's been amazing u all encourgaging me it's a new path

  Today was a great day .i did not get sad I'm thankful for daily strength. It's helped alot n I'm now seeing sum one taking things slow. I'm not depressed happy actually.

  I feel so mixed up I'm on my meds n I go to therpy in I have a medical doctor n a mind doctor for my mental issues I struggle wth ups n downs n I feel so alone I have my good days in my bad days. Today just seems so dawl if u understand was happy earlier now I'm a lil irritable what am I to do I'm so confused?

  I feel so alone my other half messed up n I'm suffering a feeling of misused n abused a feeling my heart want him back but my mind says I don't need him u ever feel this way?

  It's was a better day got rest but there's still some sadness n me I seem so depressed when I should be happy I feel like I'm down in the dumps if u all understand I have mood swings high n low depressed is my low n manic hyper n full of energy some times upset sad and confused u guys understand
