   Today I am going to a beach up on lake ontario. I am worried because I do not do well at all with a lot of people. My anxiety I know will be through the roof. I am doing it for my daughter, her boyfriend, and my 2 grandchildren.  I am also taking my emotional support dog, Peanut. MY eating has been under control this week. I am getting a handle on the situation. Of course I know that 200 calories or less is definitely not good for me but it's what I do. All or nothing. I hope I make it...

  Hi, I am 54 years old and I have a few phobias that  effect  my life. I will list them in an orderly manner  1 ) spiders and some bugs. Big phobia!! I even went to a reptile show and asked to hold a huge tarantula thinking it would help me. Well, I held her, and I had tears running down my face, I was sweating, I was shaky and weak, and I felt as if I would pass out or have a heart attack. I did it though, and guess what?   I lost a very close friend. He also happened to be my first love. His girlfriend didn't want  him being friends with me or talking to him anymore because she found something he wrote saying he was still in love with me. I am devastated. So as you can imagine I am eating and eating and eating. I just don't care about anything anymore.

  The other day I lost a good friend who was also my first love. His girlfriend didn't want us talking to each other or being i.in contact because she found evidence that he still loved me. I feel so lost and empty. We could talk about anything.
