  my newest anxiety problem has been homesickness and separation anxiety. My husband and I have lived in this city for 4 years now and we love it but we are the only ones out of both of our families to move away. We only live 4 hours from our hometowns but I've been extremely homesick lately to the point of panic attacks.   ive been reading up on some natural vitamins and minerals that supposedly help with anxiety (bc I'm trying to wean myself off some of my meds) has anyone tried this and gotten results? L-Theanine, vitamin B and D supplements, melatonin, magnesium, and calcium are all supposed to be good for stress and calming the mind. Anyone tried any of these with results?

  im trying to wean myself off xanax and Ativan I was prescribed for my panic attacks. Has anyone tried to use CBD oil to ease withdrawal symptoms? I'd like to hear some experiences good or bad.
