The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Checking in. Yesterday didn't go too well. My wife and I have virtually separated after 6 years of marriage as I was protecting my ego and made something up. We are staying together only for the sake of the kids...

Really at a loss this close to Christmas.

checking in went to Ripley with family the house we are renting for the work is amazing with pool and by the water with the beach walking distance across. Everyone is all happy and excited, I was honest and good for most part except pissed wife off cause I was trying to get stuff I should not eat. but its still fun and I am enjoying it

All is going well today. Continuing to try and take my time to think before I speak, although I annoyed my wife this morning when I asked a question without thinking and checking first.

Communicating and listening is the key for me.
