18th day of no lies. There is still no easy day. Complacency is still the enemy.

Am watching the Youtube videos from sfhelp.org which help me deal with issues which may have lead me to lie from a very young age.

Checking in having a good morning. Going to have a nice lie free day. It will busy week for us trying to find a house so things are going in the right direction. I don't want to jepordize it by being dishonest.

Checking in. Almost lost it this morning. I did something stupid and didn't think about what I was doing, so the real truth sounded like a lie because it was so silly. Have to remember consequences of actions.

Slowing down also involves not saying or doing things silly which whilst you might be telling the truth may appear as lies. Someone else with no record of lying wouldn't have an issue, but someone with a record will have an issue.

when the truth is gonna look silly, try to have as much proof as you can to back it up.

anything that seems like it would make you uncomfortable to have to tell your partner about, you probably shouldn't be doing.

Good Thursday I am glad I been keeping up and staying honest. I have a lot going on house hunting is notgoing so well plus trying to deal with business and figuring out how to help the whole family. We just do not have time for everything but i can not and do not want to lose sight of my recovery. No matter what comes up or how busy I am I have always find time to make sure I am lie free.

@Alex - I didn't realise what I did was silly until my wife picked me up on it. I was being lazy, the only reason the truth stuck was that if I were to be have been lying it would have looked even more incredibly silly.

Sometimes you can do silly things without knowing or with evidence around.

It Friday made it through the week and have to continue through the week. Still going lie free and honest longest I have ever don't and would have not imagined I would change my life just need to try to keep it up and not slip.
