It has been 1 hour since my last lie. One step at a time.
Since the last time I checked in things have been going generally well, although I had an episode yesterday where I was asking my wife what was for dinner as I had yesterday off from work, but I didn't ask directly. I asked something in a round about way, which implied I wanted a particular thing. I can't remember what I actually said now, but I hate being indirect. My wife saw right through it, and told me to stop being a "little boy".
This is so true, I hate this part. It all comes from the lack of self confidence. I admitted it straight away, and therefor kept my honesty, but why can't I just say what I want. Let's just the say the rest of the day was a bit uneasy as a result.
Good luck to all.

Sounds daunting, but it's what has to happen. I love her, I know she loves me deeply too, but cannot be intimate or express that love atm.
