Checking in start of a new week time to make another week lie free and with honesty. Going to be catching up on bills and work vacation was great hope to have another one soon until then just have to keep improving myself to kick this habit.

Checking in. Enjoying my time off, although my wife still can't enjoy my company even though I am not lying. Been 10 days now. Long process, she will say that my lying has made her this way.

Mostly true, she can't even say thank you for anything I do now. A long road ahead.

This is what lying does to people. Hard to imagine, but it's true.

i feel your pain pants, been there myself. it gets better, especially if she still loves you.

Checking in just stressed but doing my best and staying honest just had came home yesterday and got some bad news and now and my wife is trying to reprioritize so it doesn't occur again. Things need to get better and stay better.

Still going strong here - 11 days here. Will be heading off to work for an hour or so this morning whilst on leave. Wife not too happy about that, but I'll get the time back.

Strongest focus going on situations where I am asked a question out of blue here. Almost slipped up on Monday due to not thinking and taking my time to respond, but I caught myself and turned situation around.

Hi im mitch, im pretty new to this but it came to a head so i thought i might just put up whats happened, so yesterday i liead to my girlfriend of about three years and she has said shes sick of it and that i do it all the time, which isnt fair to her being someone that i love.
i have a history of lying and seem to do it to everybody phsychiatrists even whilst trying to recover just making excuses and not facing up to the truth that i mess up. so today is my first day honest and hopefully not my last

daily check in.I lied to my parents about going to school and it wouldn't be the first time. I feel like its easier to lie then tell the truth even if in the end I know the lie will hurt more then the truth. My parents told me that they can't take much more of this and I'm alienating myself from the family. This is my 2nd day of telling the truth and I hope to continue to tell te truth, no matter how hard it hurts
