You are not alone.
The following link you may have come across. I found i Could relate to a lot of what has been written. I quickly took hold of this as my problem and cure. Don't make the same mistake. There is no magic pill amongst the sentences.
You are your own cure. Only you can make the change.

However no one can go throughout their life without help.
Speak to your doctor, get a therapist ( and when your ready ) to your friends and family.
A friend of mine told me to make a daily plan. Start small and achievable goals.
Take the bull by the horns ( and as scary as it is don't let go )
Meaning. If you lie. Fix it. Fast. And carry on with your day.
Everyone around you has their own problems. Your no different. It's the attitude that matters.
This is a long journey for all of us.
Hope that helps. I'll certainly be reading my own advice.
..anyone else ever meet your future self? This guy was truly self diluted.... truly, truly self diluted. I'm sure there was a shred of truth in one or two of those statements, but he couldn't tell you which was which. This is my future with lying. I promise that I will not be that guy.
My name is Griff and I am a liar. Day 5.
Day 1 - Working to be more humble and not arrogant. A little boastful today without knowing it.
