Great way to start the week lie free and well keep it up, we'll be leaving for family vacation this Saturday want to do well and spend quality time with family.

Checking in doing well things are good. We are just ready for vacation I'm keeping up and staying honest. I hope to have a nice vacation without any lies.

It's been a while since my last check in, but I am very please and happy to report that this past Sunday night, my Liars Anonymous sponsor proudly handed me my 60 chip! It's been hard, borderline torturous at moments, but with working my program and remembering all the coping skills and tools my groups has been helping me with has made a huge difference. The process of total honesty just hasn't help others in my life, I didn't know that it would help uncover the "real me"!

I had no clue as a chronic liar that all the lies I had told would make me lose myself, to forget who I was! It's been an interesting journey to start to un-earth parts of the "real me"! I got a long ways to go, I have a lot more inter person discovery and exploration to go. But it feels good to be where I am at right now!

To those out there who might be struggling and perhaps thinking that it's useless, you'll never make it, you'll never recover.......I am here to tell you that with hard work, self acceptance, with help and patience with yourself, you can do anything.......even tell the truth!

I'm not out of the woods yet, still have a very long road to go down, but so far I'm happy, life withing these past two months has become more clear, more focused and more easy!

Good job Aaron, glad things are going well hope you're able to keep up and I'm sure the burden is lifted. I have been doing well also since I joined forum my life had changed for the better. I'm honest and still continuing to improve overall.

Checking in going good so far. Been keeping up even with a busy schedule we been trying to get everything done like errands, cleaning, etc before we go on vacation. I think things well go well I have been honest and clean my wife trust more than she use to.

I am new to this group, but am trying to sort things out with my wife. It will work, I know. My issue is having sometimes spurting out the lies when I am asked a question without thinking. Anyway, by speaking to you all on here on a regular basis and taking things on a day by day basis, I know I'll get there.

Checking in it Friday and lots to do leaving tomorrow for vacation, hopefully I can continue to be honest I have done really good and hae not lied. It's been a while since I have gone to church whole family going tongue that will help me get on right track and suppress this lying addiction.

Checking in, it is Saturday here. I haven't lied since last Sunday. I still have a long way to go and have a lot to learn, but I know I will overcome this.

Checking good Saturday got church with whole family then driving out for vacation. I can't wait, I'll just need to make sure I don't forget to checking in and posting to keep me on track and remain honest. I'm really excited and long I don't screw up it should be really fun week.
