Have a great day!
I know what you mean about not even knowing we are lying. Very bad. But ...... well, we can only do the best we can, I guess.
Happy belated birthday.
Happy Tuesday everyone may it be lie-free for all!
My name is David and today I am lie free. This is my 3rd day of dealing with my lying, but the first day I can say that I have not lied.
Hope everyone has a happy July 4th
My name is Ellen. I have only come to terms with the fact that I am a compulsive liar and that it is an addiction. I am so grateful to have found support because I am really scared. I want and need to stop lying. I have not lied yesterday or today, but like any addiction, it's kind of easy in the first day or two. It's when it starts to get hard that I need the help. I have hurt my partner so very deeply that I don't know if I can ever make amends. We have been together for almost 9 years and I have lied to her every single day of that time. Some little, some big - but the result is still the same - I lie. I am in a pretty low place right now because I am on the verge of losing everything. I was going to ask for your help, but I know I have to do the work myself. I am just grateful that you are here. Thanks.
