Checking in, yesterday was good normally a lie would just blurt out without thought or thinking. She had had asked me if I had a cigarette normally I would flat out lie, say no but this time the truth came out no hesitation. A small step for me towards saying the truth. I hope continue and improve and stay honest. Tomorrow will be exciting since my wife is coming over for some family time.

Keeping stringing them together Jeanie... At some point soon telling the truth will be more addictive than lying.

Checking in today is a major step to take to try to fix my lying. My wife well be coming home and this first step to take for a chance to be a family. It is good because everything can work out if I try to do my best and not lie. She deserves happiness and a family and feel secure and that's what I want to give her.

Needless to say, and being honest, needless to say I would be lying if I told I wasn't a bit jealous, wish my situation could have worked out as close to yours.

today's check in. my wife asked me about the food I take to work. i answered truthfully about what i took and what i spent at the baseball game yesterday and parking. it felt good to answer truthfully. she didn't respond to my text message. her response was that felt it was sufficient. it made me made because a response would have been nice. i guess i am angry. i know i caused the distrust with my dishonesty and transgressions and should be angry with myself and work on myself, I find it hard not be angry with how I am treated and how her treatment of me is what lead to where I am today. It is a vicious cycle. I come here to learn more and to grow. It is my second day on the forum and I am just angry and upset and trying to figure out what to do. i guess i am lost right now.

I know exactly how you feel that is how it was with my ex fiance she would do the same thing and I would get so angry and make it worse by letting it get to me . So to avoid being in the same place I am by losing your partner . Just let it be and it will be better in the long run it will show her that you can except letting her be and it will help her with trusting you . I have found that meditation works wonders adds real clarity .

daily check in. I didn't lie yesterday. It was a good day. But i am still very angry at how I am treated. I know I am the reason that my wife is angry with me, distrusts me, and dislikes me. I can tell if we are going to work on the relationship or if we are just in a general agreement to raise the children as parents with no partnership. However, she picks on everything I do. Like last night, i was fumbling with a door lock and she sent me a scathing text message about how i am the only one who cares about the door being locked in the bathroom. I guess, I just am angry that I am helpless to fix her feelings towards me and that even if I tell the truth, I am not sure how she will react, but I do know she has a negative attitude towards me which is hard to work towards a positive outcome with negativity around me.

Checking in, yesterday was the best day of my life my wife came home got spend some time with her mother in law there were no lies. It was a major step to securing our relationship and trying to move forward from lies and leading a new life with honesty. Both were really happy my wife feels that pretty serious about fixing myself and doing what's right so we can healthy hurt free relationship.

Checking in today Been 4 days without a lie feels good . This morning is feeling pretty tough though just heard from my ex fiance and brought up a whole range of feelings bad and good . She said she loves me and wants me to get better and cant be with me because it is tell detructive and she cant be around to see that happen . All she could say is she hopes I get better . I wish I would have got help when you was here to support me but I ruined that with more lies now I have to get better for me . So at this point its all about staying positive and taking it day by day and learning . What I want to do is start dealing with my fears of being alone and insecurities .
