I am finding that the less I think about the "good" times and the more I think about the things that really annoyed me, pissed me off or the stupid things my stbx did, the better and stronger I feel.

So, maybe your entries to this post can help most if not all of the DSers through this difficult time.

I'll start (and I have a lot):

1. My stbx literally screwed my throw rugs to the floors (in kitchen, dining room, living room, and den) because he said they kept moving.

2. He put the upright vacuum on the seat cushion of the new couch (while it was running) and it sucked the material up around the roller which burned a permanent long mark in the fabric. He said he didn't know it would do that.....duh!

My stbx hardly ever wears shoes. He's barefoot all the time except when he has to go into a store, restaurant, etc. I would just get done washing the floors (on my knees by hand) and he would come in and walk all over them. It would look like I never washed them! I replaced my carpeting a little over a year ago and just had it cleaned because you could see the path he made walking from his chair to the dining room. Pisses me off!

I cant read these fast enough. These are great. Now here is one for you. My ex told me that he deposited money into our account. When I got the statement there were only 1 page of the statemnnt in the opened envelope. No cancelled checks or anything. I asked him about it and he said he did not open it. I looked in his glove compartment and low and behold were the other pages of the statement and the cancelled checks. He did not make a deposit, he wrote a check and actually thought I would not realize it.

Broken--good thing you were smarter than him to figure that one out.

Mine will look at the statement balance and think there's a bunch of money. I continually have to tell him that all the checks written out for bills hadn't cleared and there is not that much money there. Duh!

stbx put dish liquid in the dishwasher not once but twice and ruined the hardwood floor that he was "skilled" enough to install. Big goofball

stbx also changed the oil in the car but forgot to put the plug back in the oil pan and blew the motor up.

Walkaway- What an idiot...aren't all men supposed to know at least how to change oil...

Men are soooooo stupid!!! I really apologize for the men that aren't idiots!!!

Walk--I guess your stbx figured "dish liquid", "dishwasher" that's what he was supposed to use! Mine won't touch the dishwasher. Says he doesn't know how to use it. (Put the dishes in, put the soap in, and turn it on!) LOL After mine gets done he will only put away his "beer mugs-in the freezer" and will leave the rest of the dishes in it with the door closed. You had enough energy to put all of your mugs away, could you not put the rest of the dishes away for me to help out? NOT! By the way, my freezer has more beer mugs in it than food--no room for food with all the mugs! You can only drink out of one mug at a time, what's the point in having like 6 to 8 mugs in there?!?

My stbx also decided to change the oil in my car (many years ago). Problem was he forgot to put new oil in and in the event blew up my engine!

1.My ex will now lose the weight that he gained from my waiting on him hand and foot. He wouldn't even get his own drinks.
2.Will have to take care of his own daughter again.
3.Probably going to miss all the home cooked meals that I prepared.
4.Lost his #1 fan. I was his cheerleader.

When I went in to Labor 6 weeks early I woke my husband up yo take me to the hospital and he said if I get out of bed in the middle of the night to taked you all the way to the hospital you better have this baby tonight I had our son 1 1/2 hours later. The x said he was going home to take a shower and was gone for several hours it was morning mind you he came back drunk and was proud of himself because he won monet gambling. Yuck who would leave there wife and premature baby in the hospital to go drinking and gambling.I could go on and on but I have decided talking about him is not worth my time,

my ex had been married 6 times by the time i married him....he remarried the day of our divorce to number 8.....he left her a few months ago and is now coming onto me again....he's such a sicko

STOP--Sounds like your ex is related to my stbx's family! His sister has been married 4 times and dad is on his 4th marriage! You'd think they'd learn not to get married to anyone after they've been through so many spouses! Something isn't right with them!

this same ex and i were together for 12 years...i woke up in the middle of the night with him trying to strangle me to death....got away form him and ran downstairs to call the police...he rips the phone out of the wall....so i grabbed a knife to defend myself...unfortunately this turned him on since he "loved my spunk"
