he tried to kill me by running over me....i was standing in my sister's car door with it open....he came zooming by and took her car door off but i jumped back in before he could get me
Second husband used to never dry his hands and would leave wet hand prints everywhere... light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, drawer pulls... How hard is it to grab a towel for two seconds after washing your hands? He also used to run the hot water in the shower every morning while he sat on the pot for 10 to 20 minutes before taking his shower. What a waste!
He gave me sour cream to put on my baked potato--this was AFTER he scraped the mold off of it!
He's turned the gas stove on (no flame going) and left the house with me in it. Doors and windows were shut. Mind you, he did this twice! Hmmmm....coincidence? You decide.
1) he used to check the bank account several times a day and I would get phone calls within hours of a purchase asking "What's this $20 you spent at Target?". One time I visited my best friend from high school and took her shopping for her expected baby. I bought her a ~$100.00 gift - she was my best friend and she had done similar things for me. I was home in PA and he was in UT. Within a few minutes, he called and his greeting was "What the f--k Rockefeller?"
2) Every year he needed a new snowboarding jacket and other equipment. He would get new everything and I was always supposed to wear/use his left overs. This way he didn't feel guilty for spending $ because the old (1 year old) equipment was still getting used.
3) he used to say "You already have a black pair of shoes" when I would think about purchasing a second pair. Girls, you know one pair of black shoes isn't enough. The worst part was, he had several pairs of black and brown shoes, sandals, whatever he wanted.
4) our hot tub cover was mangled by our new puppy and he taped it back together with duct tape. It was very classy. I'm sure we lost money heating the damn thing. He finally bought a new cover after I left. The dog was 3 years old.
5) when I called him hysterical after I had quit my job because of sexual harrassment, his immediate response was "call the cleaning service and tell them we don't need them anymore, you're not going to sit home and do nothing."
6) he would always try to keep his money and credit cards in his wallet until he was forced to contribute to dinner/drinks. If he could get away w/out paying, he would.
7) If I paid for a friends lunch (we're talking $10 tops), he'd lose it on me.
He also did some really gross things:
1) he clipped his toenails (infrequently) and left the nails wherever the flew.
2) he used a tissue to pick his nose, but he didn't fold it over after he got one. He'd just keep picking for new ones while all the other boogers could be seen in the open tissue. It used to make me gag.
3) as soon as he was on the telephone, he had his hand in his pants fondling his LITTLE ding a ling.
4) when he made coffee in the morning, he would get coffee grounds all over the counter and he would dribble coffee when he poured it too. He never cleaned it up, I was expected to.
5) when he did #2, he had to be far away from anyone because he couldn't shit w/out passing nasty/loud gas.
6) he used to stick his hand/fingers in his butt crack and then sniff them. He also tried to get me to sniff them.
WOW - it was good to remember all of those annoying/gross things.
