Accepting- thank you!! I've actually pulled about 7 hairs in almost 9 months and most of them have occurred in the past month. I want to be 100% pull free, so starting a new count will help. I don't feel like it's setting me back mentally at all, in fact the opposite, I'm quite excited about it. Can't count toddy though as I pulled one or two. Jeez what am I doing?! I was on a 6 hr ferry ride and I'm sick plus hadn't washed hair in 3 or 4 days. Oops.

Emmy I was thinking of doing that.. It might just muck the cut up though.. Thanks, I know I can do it too :)

Ok. Now. Mykonos is insane!!!!!!!! Bf and I walked down to a club on paradise beach and seriously, in 5 minutes we saw girls making out, naked girls dancing, a threesome in the water, and no less than 6 couples having sex. Yeaaah

I thought I was prepared, but I wasn't! I'm such an old lady hehe. So sad to be sick here, hope I feel better tomorrow. I will be 100% pull free I WILL.

Ha, in a place like that I'd actually wear my hair down because NO ONE would be looking at ME!

A new pf sounds exciting - a special European pull free. I hear they're much more achieveable that ordinary Australian pull frees :P

Hmm so I haven't been doing great. Pulling a few every day. But mostly those fecking long hairs. They aren't in my hot spots. I just have to learn to deal with it. I was determined to be pull free today but I pulled one. Dammit! I just don't CARE that much. But I really do. I'm determined to stick at this, be 100% pull free. I thought it would be so much easier over here, but it's harder! weird!

Getting a ferry to santorini tomorrow :) oh this is the life. Never want it to end. I'm sorry I haven't been able to catch up on everyone's pull frees, it's bed time. And I'll say it again, hate typing on my iPhone. I'll catch up hopefully tomorrow. It's not a chore, I want to get back on here every day again.

Maybe it's harder because on vacation, you're in a "relaxed" state, so you're not as vigilant? Or maybe it's just having more free time. Hmm. It's weird how different states and emotions can affect each of us so differently. I still say to cut the long hairs. If you can just isolate the one hair you want to pull, and cut just that one a little bit shorter so it doesn't stick out the end of the curl, maybe that'll be enough. If you don't have scissors, nail clippers work nicely for cutting those pesky hairs.

And keep enjoying your vacation! I'm so jealous of all this ferry-hopping to different places. :)

I know what you mean about typing on the iPhone. It is pretty hard to catch up on everyone else when you are moving around so much & don't have computer access. All we care about is how YOU are doing.

It is a real challenge to stay PF when you are away from your familiar surroundings. Travel is fun, but there is a built-in stress element. Take a little quiet time, re-affirm your commitment to stay pull-free, keep your hands busy & have barriers close by. You seem to be aware and you are managing to stop at one or two. That's good. Be aware that the leniency can eat into your resolve, however. Trich will seduce you any way he can.

I'm glad you are excited about your new PF. You are a superstar!!!
