Think I might do that Emmy. Ferry hopping certainly sounds fun but yon never hear about the length of the journey. It was a 6hr ride from Athens to Mykonos, and will be an 8hr ride from santorini back to Athens. I can see why people fly to the islands. Ferry is expensive too! A two and a half hr ferry ride from Mykonos to santorini today is 50 euros each, ouch.

Thanks for your advice Phoebe, I know what you're saying is true. I have to be more vigilant. I am excited to start a new pf count. I know I can do it; have a long pf period.

Hehe well off to get on a high speed ferry. I wonder what it will be like.. Big speed boat I guess.

Thanks Phoebe, me too! Though high speed ferries can get a little rocky apparently. Ours was fine. Hm it's been a while, it's been hard to post as I didnt have access to wifi in my room. In Athens now briefly, getting up in a few hrs to get to the airport, flying to Istanbul! So so sad to leave santorini, it's a truly beautiful island. Our hotel was almost right on the beach, a one minute walk. The water was crystal clear and gorgeous. We visited the volcano and hot springs and jumped off a boat into the ocean and saw magnificent sunsets and swam on beaches with red sand and black sand. Awesome. We made friends with the bar tender at our hostel which was a bad move. He gave us so many free shots of ouzo. One night he gave us about 6 on after the other, and he was mixing my sex on the beach cocktails with half the glass vodka! Yeah.. I hadn't eaten dinner that night and I was so sick. Threw up sooo many times and the world would not stop spinning. Ohh not drinking again for a little while.

On the pf front, I was doing great for a few days. Think I pulled one or two several days ago, and one or two today. Was playing yeah, but playing hard. So counts as a pull. Just can't seem to care.. Really need to come here every day cos being here makes me care.

Wow! I think what happens when we finally get to a relaxed point in our bodies, the pulling seems to be a stronger fit type (pesky different hairs) I tried the nail clippers, and instead found the cuticle clippers to be better.

Hm I've been bad, pulling a few a day. Looked in the mirror just then and appreciated how gorgeous my hair is. So shiny, thick and luscious. I vowed not to pull. I promised. I'm starting my pull free a thon dammit!

Hehe, I hate uneven tan too. At the end of last summer, I did a one-week free trial of tanning beds just to even myself out. Got my white butt to the color of the rest of me.

And a few a day isn't bad, but it can lead to bad very quickly. Congrats on your resolve to start your pull-free-a-thon. You can do it because you're awesome!

Ahh I wish I was able to sunbake at all! My white skin shines like a beacon (...well, white then scorching red) whenever I am out in the sun :( Bad skin for Aussie weather! It's pretty funny actually, my boyfriend and I really do like the beach but we tend to go at about 5pm when everyone else is leaving...we have matching paleness which I guess is kinda sweet :P

Anyway, I will reiterate: shiny, thick and luscious = wooo!!!

I've pulled 4 hairs today, GR!!!!!! I've resisted more than 4 though. Come on come on I can do this. No. More.

If you accidentally get sunburnt, break open a couple of eggs, separate the yolk from the white, and put the egg white on your burnt skin. It will heal quickly.
