You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
Hi, My name is Sam and I'm new to this group. I am 23 and have had trich since I was 12. Over the years I have tried many times to stop, however it's only this past year that I have started to research ways of stopping, and have been really determined to do it. I plan on doing so with a combination of understanding, will-power, exercise, trying the John Kender diet, and seeing a therapist. I love designing, illustrating, cooking, extreme sports, exercising, seeing live music and reading. I would love to provide others with encouragement, and maybe get some support when I fall.

Got stung by a bee about half an hr ago at Oktoberfest. oooooouch. So many bees here in Germany and Switzerland. Wah.

Ah yes finally on my trip, and past the half way point. We're heading home November 4 I think. We put our flight back a week so we could have one more week of Europe fun :)
Do you think it's cold in Europe?
Here in Sweden it's getting colder and darker, But it's beautiful, the trees are very colourful.

Hmm it's not that cold actually, in Berlin at the moment granit and we've been getting great weather. It's beautiful. Off to Sri holm tomorrow, I'll be thinking of you. I'm there for 6 nights.

am off to france in 3 weeks myself yay! england is warm again after being really cold. apparently it is going to be nice and sunny all october.
October is a funny time of year - my birthday is on the 29th and in 2008 it snowed really hard on my birthday (first time ever) then in 2009 it was really hot and sunny.

I’m struggling as well to get myself to care enough to stay ppf for longer than a couple of days. But I’m sure that if you can keep it under control during your trip and don’t pull too much, that you’ll be able to get back on track when you’re back home :) you can do this girl!!
Ooh France, exciting mrs kolo! I'm going to Paris for 3 days pretty soon, but I'd love to visit the south of France.
It does seem to be a bit of a struggle in the beginning lien.. I guess I don't know what's going to happen neft but I'm determined this is the start of a very long pf period. Im excited to start again.
In Stockholm and I sure can feel the temperature change!! We're going with my friend (who we're staying with) to a photography exhibition today.
