Beating Trich Community Group
You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, My name is Sam and I'm new to this group. I am 23 and have had trich since I was 12. Over the years I have tried many times to stop, however it's only this past year that I have started to research ways of stopping, and have been really determined to do it. I plan on doing so with a combination of understanding, will-power, exercise, trying the John Kender diet, and seeing a therapist. I love designing, illustrating, cooking, extreme sports, exercising, seeing live music and reading. I would love to provide others with encouragement, and maybe get some support when I fall.

So glad you are in spain woohoo!!!
Thanks mrs kolo, I'm so glad to be here too :)
Have a wonderful time!
But be very aware of pickpockets, especially near the beach!
Kill the urges by enjoying your hair and everything around you!
Keep it up, you can do it honey :)
Enjoy and try not to let the travelling stress you but just enjoy it and keep the hands calm ;)
And I demand hair pictures! :)
When I've managed to get my hair cut, I have a lot of the same problems you're having - all of a sudden, your hair's not pulled smoothly back into a bun, so you see a lot more hairs out and about, calling out to be pulled. But you're strong, so I know you can resist!
Can't wait to see pics of the new 'do!
Enjoy, stay safe, and stay strong. Keep up your awareness. I'm so happy you are loving your haircut.
