Yep Phoebe, I've learned so much about myself since I started learning about my trich. It's crazy.. It's changed who I am so much. In a great way. Have not heard of that site, but I'll be sure to look it up next time I'm procrastinating ;)

Hehe oh Mid, if you saw my hair you would say, ah yes, disaster. Funnily enough, I don't mind! I'm not impatient at all really. I WILL keep up what I'm doing.

BKC I'll post photos soon, it's just such a lot of effort. I have to remember to take my camera into the bathroom next time I blow dry my hair. The thing is, i often wash and dry it just before I go out, and I'm always in a rush, so never really have time to take photos. I'll get around to it soon, and if not immediately, when I hit the 6 month mark I will.

yeh def take photos - remind yourself how far you have come. I take them to stop myself getting impatient, so I can see that being pf is giving me progress......

and hair thats all mad different lengths is not a disaster (thats bald spots) its a triumph!!!

Thanks firante! Yeah I am doing pretty good! Only getting a few urges a day at the moment. I mainly attribute that to keeping really busy and not being around my triggers (computer) at night.

Thanks Firante, honestly it's so much easier now. SO MUCH!!!!!! At the moment it feels easy quite a lot. I'm actually kind of worried, I don't want my urges to go away. If they go away I'm worried I'll be lulled into a false sense of security, and like so many others, after a giant period pf, will start pulling again. MUST STAY VIGILANT! The rule is, NO 'just one hair'. NO NO NO. I will NEVER pull out another hair. Not even one. Even when my head is full of lovely flowing hair and I think to myself, "one wouldn't make a difference... Just one." NO NO NO NO NO!

good mantra! I know what you mean about the worry......but worst come to the worst and you slip up - at least you know you have the strength to stop. xxxxx

How the feck did I end up here??? I remember when I started my pf on day one, I was SO excited about one day pull free, I had zero expectations. And now I'm almost 166 days pull free. Crazy crazy CRAZY!!!!

Oh and thanks Mrs Kolo. Honestly I'm not going to think of slip ups as an option, because at this stage, I think it's very unlikely that I'll accidentally pull a hair. It will be on purpose. And that's simply not an option.
