You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
Hi, My name is Sam and I'm new to this group. I am 23 and have had trich since I was 12. Over the years I have tried many times to stop, however it's only this past year that I have started to research ways of stopping, and have been really determined to do it. I plan on doing so with a combination of understanding, will-power, exercise, trying the John Kender diet, and seeing a therapist. I love designing, illustrating, cooking, extreme sports, exercising, seeing live music and reading. I would love to provide others with encouragement, and maybe get some support when I fall.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart. I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

See I'm procrastinating again, should be working but instead I'm here. But.. as this is helping me I don't really count it as bad procrastination.
Blah blah blah, counting down the days til I go away on my holiday to Europe in August... I'm so busy with my freelance graphic design work, illustration work, and also waitressing work (every penny counts!). Hmmmm, don't really care what work I'm doing, I'll focus on my design career properly when I get back from Europe. Til then I'll work myself to the bone with whatever I can get!

Barcelona - Athens - Mykonos - Santorini - Istanbul - Venice - Grindelwald (Swiss Alps) - Munich - Prague - Berlin - Stockholm - Amsterdam - London - Yorkshire - Scottish highlands. Also this is just a rough plan, we will probably change and improvise when we're over there. Might visit Paris as we made friends with some couchsurfers who stayed with us (they are from Paris). We are staying with my good friend in Stockholm (and maybe catching up with Granit... hm?), with a friend in Munich, with my Aunty in London, with both of our families in Yorkshire. We are going for two and a half months. We being my boyfriend and I, we have been planning this for AGES, like 2 years. I had planned to go after I finished uni, but then I met him and decided to go with him after he finishes uni (10 weeks!!)
Hmmmm ok really must do some work... BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I DON'T WANNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Sitting in front of my excellent gas heater at home and all I want to do is watch tv.

Ooh exciting Phoebe, I'm very excited about the highlands, I think it will be too cold when we are there to camp though!!
125 days :) I'm still in bed as I slept through my stupid quiet alarm, gotta get up and do some work! Big hugs. My "fringe" is actually fringe length (to eyebrows). So excited at that area basically consisted of nothing at the beginning of my pull free. A few more months and I can wear it as a side fringe thing.
