With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, I'm Mrs Kolo I am new here and just trying to figure it all out....

I really want to be pull-free the sooner the better its dominated my life for too many years. I want to be free I want to be able to show myself to my husband without feeling ashamed.

I think hair will strengthen though......and lots of people have dry/weak hair.....its a small thing really. Lovely sunny day today - off to the country show to watch some tractor races then tennis finals at home woowo!

I have never heared of it, but I'm sure we have it on the System Company ( a government owned chain of liquor stores in Sweden. It is the only retail store allowed to sell alcoholic beverages that contain more than 3.5% (by volume) alcohol.)

Its similar in Canada. Took me ages to get used to seeing alcohol in a grocery store when I moved to the States.

What's your count? I forgot that our numbers are close. Doesn't it feel great? Yipppeeee

Oh alcohol isn't available in supermarkets here. Just liquor shops, pubs and bars. But they aren't owned by the government.

day 104 just finished here!!

You guys have crazy strict alcohol laws - here it is something you can buy pretty much anywhere :) but we aren't all alkies!! Granit - can you buy wine in a bar/pub?

I love pimms - mixed with lemonade and loads of fruit yum yum! although quite fancy a pimms ginger - its not strong really, about 25% but you mix it so its quite weak. I love wine too :)
