Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Are you on meds? That might help even things out instead of you being on a roller coaster.
Is there a trusted person you can call when you're in one of these funks?...someone who will go on a walk with you, play a sport, go to a movie...things that get your mind off yourself and change the scenery.
The one thing that helps me the most is doing something for someone else. Yes, things like exercise, deep breathing, music, prayer, etc. do help, but volunteering or just doing something little for someone always helps the most. Things like bringing someone a meal or a treat; giving someone a ride somewhere; helping someone move; watching someone's child; taking a neighbor's dog for a walk; visiting the lonely old lady down the street. When we get our minds off ourselves and lift someone else's spirits, it lifts ours. It's awesome how that works!
Research is showing that the high levels of anxiety these days, especially in young adults, is directly associated with social media. So if that's you, just stop looking at it, stop comparing yourself, stop thinking that everyone else's life is better than yours. People don't post their struggles and bad days on social media, they only post their best selves. It's no wonder we all feel "less than" !!!!
If you are open to this, consider lifting your concerns, struggles, fears, pains, and sorrows up to God in prayer. He is the only one who knows you deeply and wants to restore you to full health, give you joy, and redeem whatever has been lost. He has changed my life and set me free from the chains that bound me.
I wish you well and hope these ideas help.
