I love my waves of energy and all the things i know i want to do and i make all these plans and i feel like i can go on forever like that....then a few days pass and i feel like i crash like all my energy is completly gone and i cant even get out of bed and all the plans i make and want to do just ends up being disappointment and frustrations to my family and friends why am i such a downer? Why cant i just live up to what i feel like i can be on those days? Why ? Just why? Somedays i just feel like i should end it all.....i feel hopeless and sad my moods are everywhere like pieces of clutter after a tornado....i pray this gets better i honestly dont know anymore....i just dont.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Your waves of energy and productivity sound more like hypomanic symptoms and then you fall to a more regular level where its hard to keep all those promises and fill all those grand plans.
or
Are your waves of energy hypomanic states that then crash you into depression which really makes it hard to keep up and keep everyone happy with what your accomplishing.
Either way it's a difficult spot to be in. Do you see a Pdoc for your BiPolar symptoms, do you take meds, or see a Therapist? These are pretty much the only way to treat this disease and get it to a point of Stability so that your life can be as regular as you'd like it to be..
This isn't a curable disease but it is treatable, and with the Support of a good Pdoc and Therapist you can usually get to a more stable state.
Take care,
Kat
