Interesting day.  Got my younger son registered for his senior year of high school.  I finally got a human at the financial aid office of my older son's college.  He gets grants and scholarships...

Feeling better today.  The asthma is much better, no breathing problems, no chest pains.  Did 5 miles this morning, in the shade. 

Okay, well, still feeling sore, still having the asthma problems, but I did walk 4 and a half miles.  That only makes 7 and a half for the day, but oh well.  I know the weather will get cooler...
