Mood: Good
Feeling better today. The asthma is much better, no breathing problems, no chest pains. Did 5 miles this morning, in the shade.

WTG!!! So glad you are feeling better, I don\'t have asthma but I know about the breathing thing...Ive always had lung issues...bronchitis 3x before a year old.
