Feeling pretty out of it this morning.  I took the Benedry and they did their job.  I didn't wake up until I turned the alarm off.  It is still grey and hot and stuffy outside.  Getting myself psyched to walk.  I think part of my problem this week is Monday was the anniversary of Debby and Scott's murders so I can't help but think about them.  I feel like I need something, but I just can't figure out what.  Which I guess is an improvement, because in the past I would have assumed it was a half gallon of icecream. lol.  I was thinking of taking the girls to the Columbus Zoo, but I really don't feel like it.  Well, hopefully the walk will provide enough endorphines to get me through the day.
