  Hey yall, So I am going on my first plane trip on Saturday, and even typing this I am fighting a panic attack. I don't know how I am supposed to get on the plane when even thinking about it is giving me so much anxiety that I've been having dreams of being stuck on a plane or crashing and I wake up mid panic attack. I've never been on a plane so I think the uncertainty is what is wrecking me. Any advice would be so appreciated.

  I'm a sophomore in college and I recently just moved home for the summer. I struggle with severe depression most of the time and so I'm just trying to get by. I'm struggling to get into a class that I failed once before because of error on my own part and I fully own up to that.   Before moving into college, I didn't love myself, but I didn't hate myself either. I was in a pretty good place. Now I feel horrible about myself. My roommates are gorgeous and thin and I'm not pretty and I'm the biggest of our roommates. I know that I'm not attractive, and that I'm pretty undesireable since only one boy has ever showed interest in me in my whole life. All of the boys that I think are cute here meet my roommates and end up having sex with them instead of hanging out with me....

     I keep having panic attacks every time I even think about going to my dad's house. I don't mind my dad's but for some reason it freaks me out and sends me into an immediate panic attack. I don't know what to do to cope with it or control it long enough to stay at my dad's.
