  Sleep- 2 hoursFood- one sandwich all dayPhysical activity- 4 hoursNbr of panic attacks- 6Phobia thoughts- all day!Loosing weight without realising hurting myself inside and out. Really high anxiety and generally feeling low!But at least I'm not alone

  I went through school taking the smallest thing the wrong way. Took things far too personally and reacted on those thoughts. I push people away and end up lonely. I have no idea why but I feel like it's down to my depression. Being scared of people finding out what's wrong with me in case they don't understand is a big thing! And I'd rather be by myself than tell the truth... But in my head that's nit a bad.thing which is worrying!...

  Anxiety triggers a lot if strange actions, like I bite on my fingers so I pull off skin and make them bleed. I scratch my arms until they bleed without realising I'm doing so and It all is down to my anxiety and depression. Yet if I don't know I'm doing it, how can I stop it...?

  Having an irrational phobia of something so uncontrollable has caused me to be stuck in my house by myself. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks and anorexia have all been caused because of my phobia and after seeking help 9 months ago my gp (doctor) finally realised they forgot to refer me... I literally have no clue what to do! I can't eat or sleep. I'm never happy and vomit is always on my mind! Oh the joy of it...
