  Fearless lion in the raw jungle thats how I feel today.  I am feeling good and alive.  Ready to take on lifes challenges...  I love my life and family and am grateful for life itself.  It's a great feeling to not be depressed.  I am almost fearful of not being depressed like I am tempting fate. But I will tempt fate because it feels to damn good!  I am happy today!

  Odd day today feeling deeply intoverted.  Depression on the horizon... its a scary feeling.  It is like being in a boat on the ocean and seeing the dark menacing clouds rolling in and so you begin to brace for the "storm"  hoping it will pass but preparing anyway.  I refuse to give up without a fight.  I will do my meditations and affirmations and everything will work out. It has been awhile since I have had a bad episode with my depression.  It helps to write it out ....  will write...

  Another day has begun and I am thankful for new oppurtunities to live and love.  I had a good restful night of sleep.  I know some people think its difficult to be happy but I think its just a choice.  Each day I wake up I start by thanking Mother/Father God for another day!  That in an of itself is enough reason to be happy.  I have a nice roof over my head hot food on my table.  A warm bed to sleep in and I have people who love me... that's more than half the world has today. Do I have...
