  Simply if I run, I give in. If I give in, I give up. But I am so tired and just want to let go. There's those that don't want to let go. Running seems to be out of the question.   My daughter told me last night that she is pregnant. Her husband and she weren't really trying. They're just breaking ground on their new home near the beach here in Florida. The low part of my bipolar caused me to think of those that won't be around when this blessing is born. The high or manic sees this as a wonderful beginning to a new year.   December 2nd 2021 I found my Dad in his recliner. I was expected something as we had just talked with hospice. Lung cancer not diagnosed or treated because of this Pandemic is what got him. Now nearly 5 months on. The Depressed part of my Bipolar keeps me down. The grief is really kicking my butt. Only upside is that I'm keeping up with the meds. Also I have managed to stay out of the hospital. I sure need a break from this down period.

  As I get older. I'm reminded that working hard is something that comes easier. Not because I'm wiser. I'm less fit. Yes in some ways I can cut corners. I can get things accomplished with wit as opposed to brute force. Yet somethings require physical abilities that are beginning to fail me. Facing your limitations head on.
