Status: Getting ready for an EA support group meeting
About Me
I'm 35 years old, with a husband, son, and stepdaughter. I have battled with anxiety and depression for the last 15 years. Although I have a great career, college degree, and things seem to be going great (for now), I constantly worry that any day now, things are going to fall apart, as they always seem to. I recently went through partial hospitalization for an attempted suicide, and I'm doing everything I can to learn to love myself, be confident, and fight off my codependency issues. Because it is difficult for me to attend all of the support groups that I'd like to, this is a great alternative to find friends and document my journey.
