I have been getting hugs and messages and I will back to you all...but I just wanted to assure my friends on this site that I am still here. I am not sure how to begin to update, but my depression got VERY bad for a while there. And instead of reaching out and asking for support, which I have never had a problem doing before, I withdrew. Wasn't even returning phone calls...which I have always considered to be rude, yet there I was doing it. I finally broke down in the doctor's office, he called the psychaitrist and well.....meds are now idoubled and appointments were iincreased and here I am.

I hope you all have had some good days! How is everyone?!

Oh and I was just on my profile page and it looks like we still cannot update our status?? Or am I missing something?

I am glad to hear from you. It is a learning curve here for sure. Lots of new people and missing some others. I am ok but have been a little down here and there. Hugs.

I'm new to the site, but I have been seeing the posts wondering about you. I'm so glad that you are still here and have taken the appropriate actions! I, too, recently went through a very bad depression "episode" as I like to call them and was doing the same thing. So this site has been so great for me. And no, we still can't update our status. It is really annoying.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
