  I'm not even sure why I continue writing here. Nobody reads them. Nobody responds (which would require reading them first). It's like I don't exist. But then, isn't that part of the problem anyway?Anyway, things have been pretty rough for the last 24hrs. This week I started slowly coming off of Luvox this week as per my PDoc's instructions last week. The instructions were to cut my Luvox dose in half for 3-5 days and then stop and go onto Cymbalta at 30mg, and then go up to 60mg after a week.So...

  I think I may have double-dosed my medication last night.But I really don't know if I did or not.Last night while lying in bed I thought about it, and actually started getting anxious about it. So I layed there and thought it through logically. When we came upstairs to head to bed, it was around 9:30PM. I told myself that's way too early to take my medication, so I likely didn't. What I did do is pick up the container my meds are in, and looked at them to see how many I had left. I counted that...

  Last week was very up and down, but after reintroducing caffeine and smoking back into my daily routine (instead of trying to do off both cold-turkey), things seemed like they started to stabilize. Yesterday I actually felt pretty good, overall.But today I'm struggling again, and I suspect I know why: the cat.Our cat is VERY needy when it comes to food. He's diabetic (in remission), so that probably contributes. But all summer we've been fighting with him because he'll come into our room early...

  Last night I did everything I needed to do to try and feel better today. I didn't smoke at all. I didn't have caffeine all day. I had minimal sugar. I meditated before bed (it actually wasn't a very good session), and subsequently got to bed earlier, but not as early as I would have liked.This morning when I woke up, I did feel better overall. I was encouraged by the results and thought that the rest of the day would follow suit.But it kinda hasn't. I'm not nearly as drowsy/exhausted as I was...

  I feel rough today. I'm REALLY drowsy and fatigued today, and my mindset overall isn't very good.I want to immediately point the finger at the Luvox; and in many respects the side-effects of the medication probably does have something to do with this obvious step backward in my recovery today.   I keep coming here, wanting to write, but more times than not, I stare at the blank screen, unsure of what to say.I wrote an entry in the beginning of June when I started on Effexor, and I've barely been here since.
