  I haven't been on here in awhile but since I left I was told no RA and no lupus based on blood tests and new insurance.

  Hi All,I've had RA and lupus for quite a few years. My insurance will no longer cover my Opana ER that I use daily for pain. Dr has switched me to fentanyl patches. I did ok on them the first few weeks but have had this long lasting flare every since i was out in the sun too long last week.  I've slept away many of the last days during the week and just can't seem to get enough sleep. I've had severe fatigue before but this is very different. That and aching and swelling in my arms and hands...

  I'm having pain in my shoulders and neck at night from RA and am looking for a new pillow to help alleviate some of the pain. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders really jam into the mattress. Bought a new mattress which has really helped decrease pain from pressure points but was hoping that some of my fellow RA friends could make suggestions on what they've used that helps. Good and bad comments are appreciated. I currently have a Serta memory foam cooling but it's getting flatter by the...

  Ok to I'm on a pump and the catheter came out when I was sleeping.  Now I have high blood sugar (333) and large ketones. I'm not feeling sick so I'm not heading to the ER unless I start vomiting or have abdominal pain. Obviously it has come on because I wasn't getting any insulin from my pump. I am getting a cold also.I've had this disease for 42 year and I'm 47. I haven't had ketones in years and was trying to remember what to do, besides call my MD or go to the ER.
