  Ever since I had a breakdown from experienceing the worst anxiety of my life, I've taken on a new problem. Now I have anxiety at the thought of having anxiety, or as I call it, "anxiety-anxiety".   I see a lot of listings in my area for LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). To me, "social worker" ≠ "therapist". am I being to dismissive? I want someone who really knows what they are doing, not someone who will just listen to me talk. What should I look for?

  I can't seem to find anyone nearby who accepts medicaid/medicare and is taking new clients. I really want in-person therapy, but I don't think I have a choice. Is online therapy as good as in-person therapy? I feel like there would be a lot of missing body language. I feel like it wouldn't be as effective.

  my new narration job. I don't know if I can do it. The anxiety is too much. It won't go away, and it just keeps getting worse! I can't stop crying! I never cry! I can't eat. My stomach is in knots! how do people do this! I don't know what's worse, the anxiety, or the thought of quiting! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  just a few days ago I got my very first contract to narrate a book. This will be my first job in about 12 years! The anxiety is intense! I have a nearly constant butterfly fleeling in my stomach. If I weren't also excited to break into narration, I would probably be falling apart right now. I can't wait for this feeling to fade! Thankfully, I haven't been throwing up.   do bp2 people get many mixed states? I kinda feel like a might be in a really low grade one right now. I have low mood, but I'm not tired like I usually am, and my brain doesn't feel all foggy. It's been like this for a few days I think.
