  i lost my twin sister last March, 2019.  I am trying to act "normal" to thoae around me; but it only works for short periods  of time before i retreat to the safety of my room and sleep.  I SLEEP MORE THAN 12 HRS A NIGHT. THAT'S ENOUGH FOR NOW.

  i'm a woman over 55 yrs old , Retired status , unhappy but coping as best I can.....no more whining----it seems the only time I'm remotely happy is atnight when it's time to rest. I can easily sleep 12 hrs straight , sleep through 2 alarm clocks,  getting up only when I have to use the bathroom. doubt anyone else has this problem, but feel free to write back if you want.thanks,Fran

  PLEASE HELP.....HOW CAN I MAKE THIS FEAR OF EVERYTHING FOR NO REASON GO AWAY.....IT HAS CRIPPLED ME AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO STOP IT. IT IS WITH ME FROM THE MOMENT I WAKE UP TIL I AM ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP.

  The news/ election / vitriolic talk does NOT help , at least with me- it just scares me more than ever and pushes that " irrational" fear more to the forefront . Does it affect you- or anyone else- like this ?
