  Hello,I hope you are okay. I was wondering if anyone had experienced tapering off of antidepressants,  the right way, as advised by the doctor and what it was like afterwards. I tapered off and then came off completely about six weeks ago and the first two weeks were difficult but now I feel okay. I guess I am just wondering what happens next. Many thanks

  Hi,I am going to try a diet that is designed to reduce anxiety. I have generalised anxiety disorder and am experiencing alot of symptoms recently. I wonder if anyone here can share their experience of the effect of eating foods that help with anxiety or at least dont make it worse ? Thanks

  Hello, I am survivor of sexual abuse and was able to get free therapy and talk about it with friends decades ago.  Since moving I keep on thinking that men walking in the street with young children are paedophiles. It is really distressing.  I have no real reason to think this, the men are just acting like any normal person would. I dont have children so I dont really know what is normal behaviour for kids.  Does anyone else have this problem?
