Feeling trampled

A day of triggers and poor health. I woke up today feeling like I hadn't slept, bad headache and mad about an ongoing family issue. The day just kept going downhill from there. My relationship with my cousin-support group has been on shaky ground for a few months and blew up today because of my triggers. Still trying to figure out how I could have done better. I guess walking to long on a tight rope trying to keep everyone happy but me was bound to fail. But there is no way to confront an issue...

I can't explain how I feel tonight. A little anxiety and sadness but other emotions that are confusing. My Mother and I moved in together in 2019 because we both found ourselves splitting from our spouses within a few weeks of each other and didn't really want to live alone. I've started a new audiobook today called the Artist's Way. I'm looking for ways to focus my life on the things that matter the most to me. Really center myself and start making and reaching my goals for my artwork. The activities the author talks about are a little intimidating and will take some hard work to achieve. For months, with the help of my couselor, I've been finding my way. My progress has been slow, but it was working. Then one evening with my sister and her family seems to have pushed me back many steps. So here I am back at square one. I feel like everything that's happened over the past 16 years hasn't made a difference between where I was then and where I find myself now I'm starting this journal to help me cope with all the trauma that's happened in the last five years, and the resulting family drama that seems to be getting worse and worse.
