I hope whoever sees this is doing well, and if you aren't I'm here for you. Pain is average but my mood is relatively good today. I was on a horrible medication that stopped my periods completely which just wore off today (after 7 months). I am proud of my body for expelling that toxic substance haha. I'm trying to find better coping mechanisms when it comes to my daily pain, and have found it helpful to talk about what is going on to others who understand. I also struggle with some negative ideations due to my pain even though I am grateful for this life.
