Hi all,My name is Julia, this is my first post. My boyfriend left for the military in Sept of 2020. I was super happy for the both of us to be working on our careers. I had to stay home due to grad school. after about 2 months of him being away, I started crying every day. My anxiety took over. I was not eating or sleeping. Not happy. I was able to finish out my semester but as soon as that was over, I was back in bed, crying and losing all control of my life. I am currently seeing a therapist...
