  I recently had a flood of recovered meories of intense child abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological) at the hands of my parents. My father is a malignant narcissist and my mother is a codependant enabler. My father abused my mother when we were kids and we witnessed horrific things while i also was experiencing those things.
