abusive parents and intense flashbacks

I recently had a flood of recovered meories of intense child abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological) at the hands of my parents. My father is a malignant narcissist and my mother is a codependant enabler. My father abused my mother when we were kids and we witnessed horrific things while i also was experiencing those things. I am the scapegoat and my sister is the golden child. I've cut off total contact with them and they've launched an all out smear campaign against me. I've been having flashbacks, anxiety and panic attacks. I literally remember everything now. It's been so bizarre realizing my whole life has been a lie and processing that has been difficult. I'm just looking for support and people that might be going through the same thing because now i have no support system. I have my boy friend who has been more than supportive of me, but he just hasnt been there and honestly doesn't and probably will never understand the severe abuse i went through and the residual issues I'm dealing with because of it.

Hi I been going through the same thing I also have PSTD I'm on medication for it at times it still don't work my PSTD got so bad I couldn't work no more and on disability. I was sexually abused by a retarded uncle I told Mom she always told me to overlook him most of Mom's family knew what he was doing nobody helped me as I got little older I was sexually abused by brother and law he is my oldest sister husband she is 14 years older than me I never told her about what he did because she would be just like my mom she would had not care I still see her and try to be a good sister but Everytime I leave her house I have to rush home take a shower I feel dirty when her husband is around when I visit. At times I even question god and ask him why he allowed this happen to me I have so much hate for mom and alcoholic father which have passed away years ago and if there really a hell that is where they are at for having 3 kids to only to abuse them because I did not ask to come into this world they brought me into this world I wish I could reach out and hug you and tell you I know what you through.

Both my parents raped and tortured me from the time I was 9. They're both gone now but the pain they caused is not. At the time my mom left for college and was gone for weeks/ months at a time. My dad made me do things I didn't understand at the time. Then he started to let his friends rape me for pay, sometimes more than one at a time. Shortly after I turned 10 I got pregnant. They were still hurting me throughout but, when I had him, he didn't live very long. When mom came home I tried to tell her what happened... she didn't believe. She raped me herself saying that's what I got for lieing. I tried to run away when I was 12 and she shot me in the leg with a 22 rifle. Department of children services took us away for took us away 4 different times, knowing what was going on, they still let us go back...

Needless to say, I completely understand what you are going through. I am so sorry you're hurting, anytime you need to talk I'm here for you, I know it's hard believe me.
